Bonnie Schneider, a weather expert, is featured on CNN and HLN's various platforms. The TV show she hosts The Last House Remaining on DIY NETWORK premiered on March 30 2012. In addition, she is on camera meteorologist, and co-executive director. Her debut book, EXTREME WEEKEND was published by Palgrave Macmillan in January 2012. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. While in Boston she also offered the entertainment and lifestyle reports as an assignment reporter for three days a week. She was the weather forecaster for weekends forecaster for WFOR-TV Miami before moving to WB56. She's held various meteorology, reporting and television positions. They include News 12 Long Island - the 24 hour news channel on cable TV network along with WXII TV - an NBC affiliate located in Winston-Salem. While in New York City, she was a fill-in weatherman on The Saturday Early Show for CBS.
